My new 500 sportsman efi is running very sluggish. i put about 20 miles on it and it still seems a little sluggish for a 500. is this something i should expect until its really broken in? anyone have any insight?

I didn't notice any difference in my 500 from new, it has run very strong and consistently the whole time I've had it.

Is this your first Polaris? First experience with a PVT transmission? They are different than, say, a Honda. The Polaris will rev lots compared to a Honda.

ADDED:

Could your air filter be clogged already? Might check and see.
