That's in the first step!!............He told me about the 110 hours on the Quad.........................................So I assume the Pod is working!!.....Caper.........

We will see if the icon is lighting up ...........The brown/white wire in the 16 pin connector is for the AWD hubs.............But we will see what's going on after he replies back....Thanks...Stendori!!!....Caper.......

Thanks buddy it seems to be working now but i do have other questions about this ride. First there is a small piece of the insterment panel (the glass) thats missing, we went to have a ride with some friends and it had been rain ALOT the night befor and the 4 hour ride there, we were able to ride the polaris for a short time and then it started to back fire and freak out and die and not start. Could this be b/c of the insterment panel being wet?

When you say a small piece of it missing!!!
Was it rolled over ?
When these get rolled over the Pod may have some damage ..this may be why the AWD is not working all the time!!
Did you buy this Quad new or used?
If you don't know it was rolled .....You can check the Pod for scratches and also check the High beam light adjuster on the side(black turn dial) and see if the beam goes up and down!!....Alsao if rolled the Hyd. brake cylinder on the left side may have scrapes on it too!!!!........

......Caper........

You may want to get that replaced!!!
Are you the first owner?
Was it rolled?..............Caper.......

Just to let you know there is a 16 pin connector connected to the Pod and this is a very important for this to work properly due to the fact so much is now controlled THROUGH this unit!!!!

My guess it was rolled if the Pod's glass is cracked!!!...........Caper.........

Does the high beam headlight adjuster still work??
