i'm going to be selling my stock rims for my 700 and just wander how much I should ask for all 4 and lug nuts

Search Ebay.....they're only worth what someones willing to pay, you know how that goes! I think most people go for aftermarket rims since they have the right offset to accomodate larger tires. However, there's always someone out there that wants what you have!
