I usaually carry insurance on my toys. About 4 years ago I bought a new YZ 250 dirt bike and didnt bother getting insurance on this one. Woke up one morning my garage was up and the bike was gone, they also left about a 4 foot long scratch down the side of my truck bed from the handlebars and some dents. 4 years later it still burns me up.

I wont go without insurance on any toys now. Lesson learned the hard way. I think off road bikes and atvs are very popular to theives, in some states like NE where I live these off road bikes do not need any registration, and stolen ones go untraceable

Truck, Trailer, Toy-Hauler, and ATV's are all insured individually with $250 deductibles I have the same coverages on my atv's that I do on the truck. Well coverd just in case.
