1999 polaris scrambler 400 carb float problem?

1999 polaris scrambler 400 carb float problem?
i have rebuilt the carb it runs and idles smooth. but as soon as you shut the engine off it pours gas out the back of the carb? i checked the floats and the float good noleaks. whats should i do?
