Default 2005 polaris 500HO help me please!!!!!!!

my bike can start but i have to hold the choke to keep it going and it barely moves ahead.I've called my dealer and we don't know what to do as were not in the same town,I think it has something to do with the throttle , full throttle and not much power.Any suggestions?????
