YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! yes i got it off , i just took one of my biggest screwdrivers and walk it off little by little it took about 15min , i cleaned every thing up and found that i need a new housing too, more money! but i'm just happy i got it off[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Glad to hear that you got it off. Bummer about the housing though. I guess it could have been worse,,, you could have needed an axle too [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I'm still waiting for the jam nut to get Dad's back on the trail. Luckily his housing looked fine and the races fit nice & tight. Hopefully I'll have his back together this weekend and I can get mine back from him.

the housing should cost around 80 bucks...nxt time use lots of polaris lub grease

that is what i dont get i grease everthing before and after each ride and i even use the water proof stuff[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

sum times things just go maybe it was just old and sum times wheelies will do that to bearings

it a 06, and i did get it from a kid so who knows? I traded him my 79cj5 that was fulling apart, he said his dad just bought him the scrambler, rode it for a year and got bored with it, i was waiting for a knock on my door the next day with the dad wanting the 4wheeler back[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

ok i finally got the parts to fix my axle. now i just have to try too remember how it goes back together. i should be riding next weekend[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
