2004.5 500 sportsman

I need help,I can't figure how to get them out.Anybody know how?I've been told they pull out but i've tried everything i think of.thanks

pull hard + sudden,it will happen,but its a real yank,maybe more of a snap......

Haha, those things can be a pain in the butt if they've never been removed. I've had to use a slide hammer on them before.
