Yes they are for the front and on your 800 they will work nice. front only the rear has adjusters from the factory.

 

Thanks for the help and for the rear, they can be adjusted to give 1 inch of lift?

 

I purchased these for my Sportsman 500 EFI X2 and I think they made a huge difference with mine to me it does what the article says it does hope this helps
