Looking into it more, I trust the ad that you purchased it from. I see they have good feedback..Some poor sucker out there it going to take up the a$$. 2 people I hate in this world are liars and thieves.

 

I reported the ad to kijiji, hopefully they take action quickly.

I talked to the dealer and he said they are selling the 800 on consignment and I will meet the owner at the dealership to transfer title, money, etc. I check out the phone number I called to make sure it tied back to the dealership and it does. Their dealership is also in the yellow pages. Supposedly it is pretty big volume. I trust that I'm not the one getting screwed (which the only thing they would screw me out of is gas money going there and coming back as I'm not handing over a penny until I see it with title in hand.)

 

I'm sure your fine Subyman.......... This kijiji thing is a criminals cash cow. Kijiji takes no responsibility in anything, i've read the warnings and legal crap that they have. It's really too bad that someone like us wants to get a new machine to enjoy but end up losing a few grand.

I also want to say to get scammed by those ads you have to be pretty dense. A 06 800 for 3000 dollars? Plus they will want you to transfer the money with the quad sight unseen with western union. Anyone that would do that probably doesn't have the money to spend in the first place ha.
