I am new to this forum but you guys seem to be really knowegable. My daughters '05 Sportsman 90 will barely move. It seem to be a belt or clutch slipping. It runs good and moves fine in reverse but foward slips. Any help I get would be great

It sounds like the belt to me, but it seems like reverse would slip just as bad.

Reverse is CDI governed and will only go about 2mph so maybe there isnt enough power to make it slip. Thanks for the info JF, I'll check the belt
