Default WIRING DIAGRAM NEEDED

Need to look at a wiring diagram for a sportsman 500/700...Diagram is same for both

Electrical problems after a fire.

Could someone scan one, send me a link to a webpage, or just PM me a help me find a small electrical "freak out" with this bike?

Default WIRING DIAGRAM NEEDED

'05 Sportsman WHAT? 500? 400? I believe your ATV was part of the recall for defecrtive ECMs that can cause fires. Polaris should fix that for you at no charge.

ECM recalls for fire hazard, 2005 model year. I think that includes ALL '05 Sportsmans, except 800s.

go to autozone, and you can order a haynes manual for quads as well as cars and trucks.

Have found that Haynes manuals are just about useless in the electrical area.
Wiring diagrams are always under done.
Personal exp. with multiple bikes and trucks.

Trying to help out a friend. Trying to avoid buying a $30 useless manual, or a $55 Polaris one.

If you can't find the diagram, buy the Polaris manual with his money. I don't see a lot of options.
