Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 1996 sportsman 500.
Does anyone know what other years or models would be the same?
If you dont have one or know where I can find one then what is the best repair manual I could buy?

 

I use the genuine Polaris Service manual available at the dealer most of the time.

One of the ones I have covers 1996-2000. It is Polaris PN 9915686.

I also have a Clymer service manual that is very good. It covers the same years and is Clymer PN M365-2.

Both have wiring diagrams. The Clymer ones are in color, so somewhat more useful at times.
