Belt sliping

How can I tell or what are the signs that the belt might be slipping on my quad. I can't Feel anything but at the same time I don't really know what to look for.

Slow acceleration,engine revving high, sometimes if bad can smell it!

Belt sliping

When you accelerate slowly can you feel like its jerking a little? I'm experienced in slipped belts. Blew 2 belts in 7 months . [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Belt sliping

Can pull the clutch cover off & check for glazing on the belt & clutch faces.
When you are pulling loads, going slow, churning alot of mud it is good to have it in low also
