I use mine for working, and hunting on the ranch that I live on. 450 acres. I cant see myself getting rid of it at all. Way to handy.

Ive never ridden trail like so many on here talk about. Maybe one day I can if I ever find some time!

Later Later.

Actually Concours was nice, saddlebags turn me off. Wife and I went on a week ride to Zion park in Utah and all we had was a tank bag and backpack. Best vacation we ever had for a mid life crisis couple, although Doc says we haven't seen the crisis yet.
We also got 38 to 40 mpg. Sure was alot better than the 7mpg rv.

I am being forced out if it, but it is not the price of gas.
I used to ride right out of my back yard (with the permision of the land owners.) I enjoyed this for about 7 years. Great times. Many miles of trails and all sorts of trails.
Then in the late fall one of the land owner gave the property right between my house and the trails to his son. He will not allow me to cross his field (only a couple hundred feet) to get to all the trails I used to ride on.

He does not even want me to cut a path for my kids to get to the creek just beyond his property.

I wish he would die a panefull death.

get rid of yes, but for another one that gets a little better mileage and power than the old 425 magnum. it is a lot ceaper to drive the old quad to the hog barns 3 miles away then my f250 deisel. i would rather put around 4 dolla gas in the quad then 5 dolla deisel in the truck.

You talk about the tree companies like they are a bad thing in your area. They are just the opposite here. They are the ones leasing and putting there land into atv trails around here. Without them there would be trails around here. That does suck that they would do that in your area.

I LIVE IN A MILITARY TOWN ALTHOUGH I AM A CIVILIAN. I MANAGE A BODYSHOP FOR A GM DEALER. KNOCK ON WOOD; THINGS HERE A PRETTY GOOD. I KNOW PLENTY OF PEOPLE HURTING THOUGH. IT'S AMAZING HOW THE PRICES OF COMMODITIES AFFECT PEOLE DIFFERENTLY ACROSS THE GLOBE. I HAVE NO WHERE TO RIDE HERE EXCPET THE LOCAL ATV TRACK. THREE OR FOUR TIMES A YEAR. I HAVE MINE FOR ONE TRIP A YEAR ONLY. THE BIG STATE OF KENTUCKY BABY! THEY CAN SIT IN THE GARAGE ALL YEAR AND ILL SPEND 5 K EVERY YEAR TO GO UP THERE AND RID FOR A WEEK!!! NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT. MAYBE ONE DAY I'LL RETIRE SOMEWHERE WHERE I CAN HOP ON IT AND GO FOR MILES ON END WITHOUT SEEING THE SAME SIGHT TWICE. UNTIL THEN IT IS WHAT IT IS..

P.S. NO ONE WILL REMEMBER YOU FOR THE MONEY YOU SAVED UP. ONLY THE MEMORIES YOU SHARE WITH OTHERS!
