07 800 Bushing problems
#1
Mine are all dry rotted and worn/fallen off, has anyone replaced these with something else other than the Polaris ones, ie energy suspension or something along those lines?
thanks in advance

There is no direct replacement from the aftermarket. Polaris had a bad run of these. The ones on my 800 were dryrotted right out of the crate. The ones on my 500 have lasted two years with no cracks.

Had to replace mine too. First set were warranty. Second set I had to buy they didnt dry rot but split. I'm having trouble with the stabilizer, it keeps getting loose and clickin on me. I had the dealer do it the first time I tightened it up the second and the dealer went over it again the third time and I noticed today that they are loose and shifted of center again. Don't know where you can get em cheaper but let me know if you find something.

You know I don't think the bolts are coming loose. I don't know if I ride it to hard or what but the bushings always come out of their slots, and the vertical bars move out of where they should be. When I check it, it is always tight just out of place. I don't have a torque wrench but both times the stealer did it he torqued em down. Nothing seems bent and nothings broken, and I know I don't ride it any rougher than probably 50% of the guys on here so I don't know what the problem is. I just keep dealing with it
