just as a note, i had some serious problems with my primary where my bike was unusable. Like you said the gap between the ebs pulley and the sheave was to big and the belt cog would drop in there and drive the bike at idle. It made shifting impossible, and tore up my starter since the only way to move it was to start it in gear. It was hard to find and i removed the clutch and machined that cup to let the spider come down further to close the gap. I took .030" off and it now measures the same thickness as my other bike. Just incase other people are getting a lot of creep at idle.
