Thumbs down

How did you get Polaris to buy the product back?? I have been fighting for two years to even get some kind of response from Polaris. I have an 08 Outlaw 90 for my son that has been nothing but expensive JUNK!! It has had multiple issues and will not stay running. Polaris does not want to deal with any customer service issues. Go figure. Buyer Beware if you are dealing with Polaris.

Since the days of Ford, Chevy, Mopar....you're always gonna have strong opinions, and people supporting their faves. A great idea a few pages back about watching the riding of the brakes. Maybe search around a bit, there might be some aftermarket "severe duty" brake pads witch can be installed. As always with these machines, cleaning and maintaining are extremely important...and that goes for all the brands.

Although I do not own one... I have to agree that the above is a pretty honest conclusion.

The ATV world is EXTREMELY narrow minded for the most part.
Especially if it is sport machine related....

When it came to strictly straight axle quads, a Jap model got the "nod" from me again this time around.

But I feel pretty certain that I will one day retire from straight axles to a 525 IRS machine.

Only a very few things kept me from it this time around.

1- A "real" demo ride on the IRS (biggest factor by far)
2- It's a young configuration for sport quads still
3- All the extra parts were a little intimidating from a service standpoint.

I'm hoping to see it in the future come stock with really high-end shocks on all 4 corners.
