Sorry I'am bringing this post back up. Computer has been down but, I wanted to let the ones that responded to my problem that all is now fixed. I had a 67.5 main jet this was installed when I bought new. The 67.5 main jet was too much gas. I installed a 65 main jet. this is the next size down that polaris offers. My 400 runs alot better now & no sooted plug. Thanks for everyones help
