I wasn't home so instead of leaving my package at the house <u>UPS had somebody I didn't even know sign for it</u>. These people were new renters across the street and a couple houses down. I never even met them but they were like, sure, I'll sign for it, <u>then they moved out of the neighborhood with my stuff.</u> I didn't even know it until I called to see why I didn't get it. I got my order re-shipped TO ME at no charge. Now under "special instructions" I have "DO NOT LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOR!!!" and they print it right on the label by my name. Now if I don't have to sign for it the UPS guys leaves stuff on a table next to the door and rings the bell.
