They seam to be pretty durable

If one of you young computer hot shots would give another old guy a lesson in posting a picture I'd be grateful. I don't want all that text up there , just want a picture.

Made my own for my 700. Aluminium and sandfilled. Look at my pics.

 

I have them same nerf bars as posted above. They are awesome!! best $40 you will ever spend. I have hit them hard on stumps and rocks and my footwells are unscathed.

 

I do like them too. I had a chance to ride this weekend with no problems.
If I had mounted them 3 years ago it would have saved a bunch on broken plastic.
