Go to www.snosuit.com. I bought one and the quality plus warmth are top notch.

Impressive quality. Watch the video!

If it's not really cold;
Army field jacket with liner.
Jeans and T-shirt.
Long john bottoms.
Sorrel pac boots.
Etc.

If it's really cold;
Carhartt (arctic?) bibs and coat with the thick black lining, not the thin red ones. Jeans and T-shirt. No long johns.
Open face helmet, goggles, no face shield.
No-Fog neoprene face mask/breath deflector. Your breath comes out by your chin so it doesn't fog up your goggles.
Turtle Fur neck warmer. Mmm. Two layers of nice soft fur.
Wrist-overs and glove liners inside of Thinsulate snowmobile gloves.
Spare snomobile gloves in cargo box in case the others get wet.
Silk sock liners (sometimes) under a pair of heavy boot socks.
Army surplus Mickey Mouse boots.
Thumbwarmer on ATV.

As long as my hands and feet stay warm I'm okay. Most of the time the glove liners and wrist-overs stay in the cargo box but I have them just in case. The wrist-overs are nice if your gloves don't cover the cuffs on your coat sleeves. If it gets very much below zero I'll put on long johns too, or I'll just stay indoors.

If you guys have never tried "Muck" Boots then you have to. I have the wetlands and love them. They are water proof and breathable. No laces and wear better than your most comfortable pear of tennis shoes. SUper soft on the inside and you can fold them down to your ankles if you need to. Kinda spendy at near the $100.00 mark. I have spent way more on countless pairs of boots and none have come close to these. I'm not sure what all stores sell them. I got mine at Bass Pro. They have different types for different climates. The wetlands are kinda the middle of the road for warmth. I have been in water for hours in the winter and my feet never got cold or wet.

LOL If you're in "WATER" it's not that cold. When you fall through the ice and find water that's when it's cold!!!

Yea, North Carolina is not that cold. In the 20's is generally cold for us. The rivers and lakes never freeze here. So mid 30 water temps in the winter with a small layer of ice on top is all the best I can do. But it is cold compared to 100 like this summer!!! LOL.

Layers. It can go from 20 degrees early in the morning to 60 in the afternoon here in New England. It's nice to peel as you go. I bring a soft sided structured bag for extra clothing in the cold days.
