i changed the spark plug and not it fires up with no problem--THANKS a ton to all of you guys that have helped walk me through this

with a 2 stroke it would be wise to buy an extra sparkplug and put it in something waterproof in your toolbox. Be sure its an NGK i wouldnt want to depend on a champion or anything else.
