Ditto on the rubber intake manifold(?). I bought my 700 from an estate and it had been sitting for a long time (but low hrs and miles). I was so frustrated with it that I believed the engine to be bad, until by chance I found (on the dark side of course) that not only was the intake manifold made of rubber(?) but it was cracked. I thought surely the manifold wasn't rubber through and through but to proove a point I glued a tire plug (with rubber glue) to cover the crack, and lo and behold she fired right up. Replaced the manifold and runs like a champ. I understand they had vibration issues, but a RUBBER intake manifold?
