I have a 2000 Polaris Sportsman on the bolt that holds the bushing on sheared off in the control arm. Has anyone have any experience on getting this bolt out. It appears I may have to use a tap set but not sure if anyone has any other ideas? Thanks.

welcome to the club.was it the left side, lower a-arm,front bolt? the best way is to remone the bearing carrier, drill a hole in the bolt and use an e-z out(broken bolt remover) its not hard to do just takes some time.alot of sportsman have this problem.if you dont catch it in time you can wipe out the shock,a-arm or more. good luck.

it is actually the right rear. I would have not noticed it if it was not for my friend that has the same bike and his happend to break off and collapse the arm into the tire. I then checked mine and noticed that the bolt was broken. Thanks for the information.
