HELP just got a 05 preditor 90 only revs up a little then cuts out. Our these governed some how.

 

Has a small jumper bar on cdi unit above air box and coil. 2 screws hold in place.Loosen screws,remove small aluminum jumper plate and full power then.Also has small screw and locknut at throttle assy that limits or allows more throttle movement
