Been plowing snow with my 2002 Sportsman 500 HO. Yesterday it only went into 4wd after I drove around for a minute. Today I can only get it into 4WD in low range, no high range and no reverse. The bike is actually only going into 3 WD as my front right wheel will not lock in, I think a problem with the hub. When the bike is in 4WD, in low range and I push the little over ride button (for the 4WD in reverse), the reverse light in the dash lights up, but the light for AWD on the handlebar does not come on, and it does not lock in. Anyone got any ideas ?? Think it may be froze up or something ??

 

Is the battery fully charged , using the winch alot can run the batterry down , this can cause awd problems.
