I considered the Warn electric angle plow 'cause "I'm lazy" too. I decided for me the extra lift height the Glacier mount allows is a better feature than the electric angle adjust. Besides why adjust the blade when a good four wheel drift at speed will do the same thing and help keep the heart rate up for added warmth.

The ones I have seen look pretty sketchy. They move the blade with cable or wire on a electric motor driven pulley. They look less than substantial and are pretty spendy if I remember correctly.
I would imagine you could home brew something better. Something with good quality, heavy duty electric linear actuators. They're pretty reasonably priced these days. Perhaps a pair of linear actuators to adjust the plow angle and a plunger solenoid to release the plow angle pin?
I'm lazy too and I get tired of jumping off the ATV and fishing through the snow to pull the adjustment lever and then kicking the blade to get it turned the right direction. Having the ability to do it from the seat would be awfully nice.
A couple of hundred bucks for the linear actuators, maybe 50 bucks for the solenoid, 50 for switches and wiring and a couple of bucks for metal stock for brackets. I'd bet you could figure something out in a day or two if you're handy with a welder. You'd have maybe 300 -350 bucks in it.
