No prob..
You actually have to rotate the swaybar up and over to the rear..it will hit if you try to go down with it..
Also in order to clear the BHs you have to bend it quite a bit..the BHs are about 11.5"...you'll know you have bent it enough when you have to pry it past that heat shield on the left side..lol..
Here is how wide mine was after bending to clear the BH2.0s...
Like I said you will need to work to get it back by the heat shield..I loosened the heat shield mount bolts to make it easier to get the sway bar back in position...worst case scenario just take out the heat shield bolts..

HO, i intend to buy some 26x11x14 zilla's,(if my 850 ever comes in) what are your thoughts on them, reason i ask is becuz people say the zilla's run small, i think the width is 10.30, i wont have to bend sway bar to much to make them fit. just lookin for some opinions. thanx

Nice HO!
Wow, 11 1/2" wide in the rear... I bet that is some serious bite with that size Bighorns. [img][/img]</end quote></div>
Yes..the overall width on the rear on stock wheel is about 11.5..the fronts mounted on the stock wheel are a little under 9"s. Let's just say I am very pleased with them so far.. I have only put a few hours on them and they have really impressed me so far. For my riding area I think the more open tread pattern of the 2.0 might be better.

Yes the original BHs are just fine IMO...you'll be more than happy with them compared to the stockers. The only reason I went with the 2.0s is hadn't seen that many people report using them on an ATV...
I imagine they are about the same width as the 2.0s..Roofer has the original BHs..maybe he will chime in with the exact width..

HO.... I see you had 23.75" or so on that tape measure. Was that on center on the opposite side? I ask because I got my distance to 23.5 on centers and had plenty of clearance around the heat shield. Like half inch or so. Am I looking at the picture correctly? My horns 1.0 come soon and I want to be able to mount em up and go so I am getting the clearance now.
