yup. the clip will come out with the axel. but when your prying the axel out do a bit on top and then on the bottum and so on tell it comes out. it might be easyier if you had 2 pry bars on top and one on the bottum. iv removed these a few times. also when you reinstall it. iv put the axel back into the trrany as far as possable by hand. then i took the hub nut and put it on tell the nut is flush with the axel threads, and used a 2x4 or something to use a hammer to pound the axel back in.
