I have a chance to buy a 01 Scrambler 500 for $4750. Is this a pretty good deal?

Its not brand new, but it has prol less than 10hrs on it, and it is a 2x4. I rode it this morning and all I can say is, YAHOO! If finances allow and I can sell the Trail Blazer I will be riding the mighty 500 soon. I had no idea there would be that much difference.

PS I'm not telling anyone where it is until I've had my chance

My '99 Sport 400 with over $4500 in mods
Lots of xtra parts
Tons of riding gear (helmet to boots)
and a 6X10 tilt bed utility trailer

For $5250.

PB isn't too far from St. Louis. get pics/specs by using the links in my sig.

thanks for the offer Jerry but I am leaning strongly towards the 4 stroke. I'm just more familiar with them. I love your bike though yours is one of the first pictures I saw when I started hanging out here and it is sweet. Why are you selling?

Its a great deal if it was a 4x4 but I wouldnt personally buy a 500 2x4 because of its weight. as a sport 4x4 its acceptable but a 2x4 I would go with the 400 two stroke or dare I say it a Raptor or 400ex.
