+ 1 4 plugs. Had a tire that looked like a chia pet due to the riding area but held air fine for 3 years.

 

One tire I have has a 3 plug fix in the sidewall. I figured it would be enough to get me home and it has held up for a year and a half. I wouldn't worry so much about it as it is a low pressure tire. On anything with high pressure a sidewall hole is a throw away. And, it is best if you can take the tire off, ream the inside of the hole nice and smooth, and put a patch on the inside with a good tire glue.
