I have a 04 sportsman i bought that runs bad and smokes black i took the carb. off and cleaned and set the flote where i thought it should be and same thing now after many times set the flote set it high hard to start move very very littel and it floods are the flotes real hard to get set right on these thanks for any help

 

float should be parallel with the carb boby (when the carb is upside down on a flat surface)

 

the float should be at the same angal as the carb. where the bowl goes
