Hi I have a 1998 Polaris scrambler 400 4x4. The question that I have is regarding worn splins on the front end? Is their a way I can fix worn axles on the front and main axle to the front end from the gear box? Is their anything that can be done a bought this? Or do I have to wait till it strips off and make it in to a 2x4?

What is worn, the front carrier or the splined end of the U joint knuckle?

 

I have not taken them off so i don't know. what side is more common to be worn? I am guessing the u joint side.
