agree with that, and to bleed it, run the bike with the cap off and see if it bubbles all the air out of it and the coolant level goes down

 

they will pressure check the radiator cap at o'reilys. what type of coolant do use for the magnum 425????

 

regualar green stuff, with a 50/50 mix, u can buy it mixed or save money and mix it yourself

 

i took apart the water pump. i think to do it correctly i should have removed the block from the frame??

the empellor looks fine, but there is play in it. not back and forth, but up and down. the shaft does look to secure. a lot of play in it. also, when i took the cover off, the nut for the empellor was already off and it is chewed up pretty bad.

i know i need a new nut, but should that play be in the shaft?? hopefully i have found my answer??

 

What did you figure out mine does the same thing
