the inside rattling might just be a shim your hearing the way its spread apart. ya so the C clip wasnt off that means most llikely the spring is the issue either out of its holes or broke. i'll private message you the details we talked about on the phone.

 

Well yesterday I took the secondary off and to the Polaris shop, they fiddled with it and the next morning I got a call saying it was fixed and replaced the spring and a couple other things, got it back for $30, re-installed and its good as new and pulls good again. So this problems all fixed now, glad to have it running again. Thanks everyone for the help I greatly appreciate it.
