i have a 2002 polaris expedition 425. excellent bike until the front right wheel stopped engaging in 4x4. took it all apart because i put a new cv boot on anyway. cleaned it out and put it all together properly. nothing looked damaged. its not electrical cause i reversed the wires for the other side and the left wheel engages perfectly. what else could it be? also does the nut on the axle have to be torqued?

 

The nut on the hub can not go over 144"-lb. or 12 ft-lb.
