The (top Pic) trailer uses hard street trailer wheels with suspention.

The smaller box trailer (bottom) uses just hubs and ATV tires we find off ebay and relies on the balloon ATV tires for the suspension only. The 5/8 plywood it tough, you can buy the green treated plywood also. We just use angle steel thats a little larger than bed frame grade. There not water tight but everything is packed for rain anyways. I quess a chalking gun on the joints would help.

You have to buy the hubs anyways so just get hubs with your ATV bolt pattern. Used tire and rims are cheap to get.

Us Polaris guys must all be nuts. You should have seen the looks when I came driving down the creek through the tunnel that goes under the railroad tracks. I took the boat to the river today and what a technical ride. Pulling a 14' boat on a trailer with the outboard hanging off the back. The worst part was mauvering through some really tight turns on about a 500 yard section of trail. It was fun though and just another thing to add to the list of Sportsman accomplishments. Next time I'm taking a chain saw and making the path a bit more straight. Wish I would have took a pic!

This is for 600 US dolars
Vozíky pro ?ty?kolky - VARES Mnichovice a.s.

This is for 500 US dolars

Pure Polaris : Explorer Cart)

I would like polaris, because it has plastic box. Do you have any experince with polaris trailer? Has it really durable box and chasis?

That seems like a lot of money for a cart. The Polaris one in 399 on the website. Do you have to pay that much to buy it there from a dealer or for shipping. Seems like a high markup to me. For that kind of money I would build one myself or try and find a metal shop or something of that sort to build you one. Heck you could probably find a small beat up truck for less than the price of the carts. My buddy just bout a full size ford for on his farm for 300 dollars. It's not pretty but it starts up and drives.

Thanks, nice pictures. But I need factory made, because I have to use sometimes on road and we had very strict law. There is no way of riding with home made trailer on road in the CZ.
