Default EPI clutch springs

What color is everyone using in the rear clutch? is there a reduction in top speed?

Is there a chart to compare it to polaris stock ones?

thanks

That chart is for sled springs.EpI has dif ratings for ATV springs.
On just changing you secondary (rear clutch) spring (or just the setting) you can gain top end but loose lowend and back shift.Or gain backshift and low end but loose topend speed. You get a complete understanding of the CVT system and you can get what you want without loosing much of anything. But it gets expensive buying springs and weights until you get it right.

I ride a sportsman. I here of people doing it but they lose there top speed...i did wieghts in my front clutch, and i left the stock spring in it for the low engagement. It works good now just looking for a little more.

With heavier weights and stock spring you may not be getting full shiftout.
If you plan on messing with your clutch you may wantt o invest in Aaens Clutch Tuning Handbook. It will enlighten you to what does what and how to get what you want out of your clutch
