what color spring is it? personally iwould just stay with the same one you got, im not certain but there are many combos that work awsome together so if you change the primary spring to a different color then you would change the secondary spring.


there are a few guys here that can give a dirrect answer on that. and you dont need to remove the secondary to get the belt off. just pull the belt up and rotate the secondary towards the back of the machine it should come off , mine does real easy that way.

My primary is polaris white and the secondary is a silver spring. Is the silver stock?

 

i think it is I also have the white spring in primary and my 400 is stock.

 

send a p.m to ftwflh...he knows his stuff about the scrambler and there clutches...he will get you the info you need for sure.

 

I would replace the spring while it is apart I know it helps wake up a sled when you replace a worn rear spring. let me know if it solves your problem Im on the same path with mine, however my motor has a few issues to iorn out first.
