For starters have you checked voltage going to and from your AWD switch when on if so have you tore the hub down to the electromagnet behind the armature plate and tested it to see if it is energizing,I use a small screwdriver, turn on the AWD switch and it should magnetize the screwdriver,if not check all your wiring to the hub, also check to be sure your armature plates are not magnetized "see if they will pick up a stickpin" if they do chunk them and buy new ones "less than $20 at the dealer" or if they have deep grooves cut in them replace them, they should be flat. The roll cage bearings should be round with no burrs and the garter spring should be snug.Use ONLY Polaris Demand Drive Fluid not gear oil or transmission fluid,I fill mine at the 3 o-clock position.Do not over torque or use a impact gun on the nut.It should torqued at around 165 in. lbs ,spin the hub several revolutions, loosen the nut and retorque to about 144 in. lbs "not ft. lbs."I may be wrong on the torque specs but that's what I torque mine at or about 8 ft. lbs.Remember I'm a shadetree!

Might be a problem with the light pod speedo. The speedo controls the 4x4 some how. Do a search on here for more info.

if you have hooked the wires from the magnets to a 12 volt source and they still dont work then I would say the magnets are bad.
