Default Spark/wiring problem 03 700

I've been having intermediate spark on my 03 700. After a few days of setting it wouldn't have any spark to the plugs. After playing with the plug wires and some of the wiring it would fire right up and never lose spark again untill it set for a few days. I noticed one day ever time it stepped on the left side floorboard the engine would die. It would fire back up but as soon as you stepped on the floorboard again the engine would die. Well today I decided to omh all the wires from the stator & coil pulsar and they checked out fine according to the manual. Well I started playing with the wiring under the hood while the engine was running and if you move the wires coming from the stator that goes to the cdi/coil the engine dies. It only loses spark when you move the wires right at the cdi/coil. I put a friends cdi/coil on and it done the same thing so its not the cdi/coil. I know the 02-03 700's & 03 600's had igniton problems. Anyone had any similar problems?

I did have to replace a plug wire that rubbed on the frame thru the insulation.

Yeah I tried a different cdi/coil and different plug wires and it still lost spark when you wigged the wires at the cdi/coil.
