Hi um My Scrambler won't start with the Push start I have to pull start it. Could the starter need to be replaced or could it be a fuse please help!

 

do u hear a click when u try and start it with the electric start?

 

did you check connections,check for charged battery? as mentioned is is clicking, doing nothing when button is pushed, did you check the button to make sure it doesnt have corroded connections?

 

Is this a 400 or 500

 

could someone help me out my 850 XP is making that clickin noise wont start?

 

10 to 1 when a Polaris starter fails its because one or both bushes in starter get corroded and the brushes will not slide anylonger, thats why the tap the starter trick works sometimes. Take the starter apart and clean and lube the brushes so they move freely again and your on your way,until you have to do it again in a few years.

 

Nope no clicking noise No nothing

 

the battery charged? the lights come on with out it started? any indacator lights come on without it started?
