Well this is good feedback. I'm really leaning towards 27" Zillas. Hoping I don't run into clearance issues, but it sounds like that will only happen up front with the inch change in width. Anyways keep it coming guys.

MSTs are a great tire like someone mentioned earlier. I have never seen one run short, there are usually very true to size. I run Dirt Devil XT's and they havent ever let me down.

Here is a 27" MST next to a 26" Bighorn. Both on 12x7 rims with 4-5 psi in them. The bighorn was also much lighter.

Approximately how much heavier than stock polaris pxt's do ya think? I really like the tire but don't want to sacrifice too much in power dept. evenn though I do have a clutch kit in her. 07 popo 500

Ordering the 27" Maxxis Zillas. Just making sure that they will fit the stock rims on a 07' Sportsman 500 EFI. Stock tires are 26x8 front and 26x11 rear on 12 inch rims. Looking to switch to 27x9 front and 27x11 rear. Anyone know for sure if these will fit the rims???

I am running 28x10x12 and 28x12x12 on my Thundercat with no problems
At low PSI the inside of the lower lug just brushes the lower coil on the shock when the wheels are cut sharp...But I have been running 8psi and they dont hit anymore, and they run a lot smoother too!
Stock size was 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 (true size was 23x7x12 and 23x9x12)

Anyone have any pictures of Maxxis Zillas on a 2007 Sportsman 500 I've been searching, but I just figured I'd ask. Thanks

There is a chance that they might rub the tie rod on the front. If they do just flip the tie rods and you will be good to go.

Okay think that was mentioned earlier I just forgot about that. Umm...does anyone know if 12 inch tires will rub in the rear? There looks like there will be enough room as stock tires are 11 inches wide. Maybe there are some pics of 2007 sportsman 500s.

Zillas are rather narrow. I bet you won't have any problems.
