Interesting, never even though to ask about the course... They didn't mention anything about it, but I'll certainly ask them when I pick it up today! I'll let you know.

Don't worry, they will call you about 100 times unless you answer. It's an independent motorcycle safety council that is paid for by us (tax payers).

I know here in MN, it's mandatory if you haven't owned an atv before.

 

So I got mine today!!! It is fantastic! Only went out for an hour or so but I'll spend plenty of time on it tomorrow.

As for the safety course, the guy at the dealership is looking into it for me, he wasn't sure if they were still offering it for free (with the $100 polaris card). I would certainly sit through a course for 100 bucks though. I'll let you know when I talk to him again.

 

Good choice, hope you have many and safe miles on it.
