Default 96 scrambler 400 steering post bushing

I am working on changing the bushing at the bottom of the post. It looks like it might be riveted to the frame?? The new bushing didn't come with hardware, so I am assuming I can just use some nuts and bolts to mount. Any advice or suggestions?

Thanks

I to need replace mine also. I am going with HPD. It is superior to stock, as it is a bronze bushing instead of plastic. They go for about $35.00. I think Rick Ritter sells them also.
