Do eccentrics ever run out of adjustment?

I think if you reread my response it completely answers your question...

"Once the eccentric/axle is spun so it's as far towards the rear of the bike as possible...that's the loosest point."

"Move on to the front eccentric, do the same as above."



What's the easiest way without the tires on...put the tires back on. That's the easiest way to adjust the eccentrics. I've never attempted to adjust them without the tires on...
