realistically, If you have the tools and know how it shouldn't take long at all. I'd say no more than 2 hours. Example: I just changed out the primary spring and buttons on my magnum. It took me probably 20-30 min. to tear down the bike to get at the clutches, and only took me 15 min to have the primary done and ready to put the quad back together. Sometimes I find that on some quads replacing parts is less hassle than just getting to the part.

the secondary is a lot easier to put together than the non ebs secondaries were you used to have to turn the helix and preload the spring now you don't easier if you have a second pair of hands. you also don't need to pull the primary off the bike just take out the 6 bolts on the face of it pull the spring and you can get to the weights without pulling it off

I got the epi trail kit... thanks for all the input. i finished the job last night. only took about an hour and really wasn't as hard of a job as i tought it would be. I already got buddies wanting me to change their cluthes. glad i did it myself, i like konwing how my machine works so when something goes wrong i might know how to fix it... now to the performance... WOW! anyone who really likes to ride and doesn't get a clutch kit is CRAZY! I have maxxis tires (which are heavy) and a 3500 winch and i was pulling the front end up off the ground in Low and the zero - FAST in High really impressed me. i think im going to be running with the sport bikes
