Default Choke Inlet Stripped

Polaris Xplorer 400 - I managed to strip the choke inlet into the carb. Any suggestions on how to make a repair? (The male thread on the choke cable is still good)

either get a new carb top body or maybe use jb weld to hold it in but it would be not coming out again and you would have to make sure it was sealed really good first. being it's alum. body it doesn't take much to strip.

I've got it curing with JB-Weld so I'll test it out tomorrow. I've also got a bid on a used carb that happens to be local to my area. The darn thing stripped so easy!

UPDATE: JB-Weld was a no go. Just to awkward of a location I guess. I went ahead and bought the other carb I had found in the area and she is back to running. This time I was a bit more careful when installing the choke.
