Default 850 550 xp nerf bars

anybody put on the nerf bars that youve been talking about on their xp's with ricochet floor board protectors? If so do they mount up the same or do they have to be modifiedThanks

I would like to find someone that used the nerf bars on the 850 also, there's a big difference in the floor brace width between my 500 and 850 but was told they would fit both.

Good question.

I have the complete ricochet set on my XP and it would be nice to add the nerf bars if they'd work together.

I have put the nerf bars on my 850, they fit well, I used different bolts, 1/4-20x2and 1/4 longwith 1 washer on top, I think the ones they send with them will pull through the floor boards. Dot have the ricochet protectors though.

polaris sportsman nerf bars 2009-10 XP footrest: eBay Motors (item 280517420909 end time Jun-13-10 07:57:02 PDT)

Here's a link to the nerf bars on ebay. Bought sets from him for my last two sp's and they were a well fitting, quality product. Hope this helps!

Seems like a good thing.....My right side foot rest is smashed from rocks. Looks like these would help.

I just picked up and installed a set of the nerf bars that switzo posted from fleabay. As stated - a good quality product easily installed in 15 minutes or so. I will note that the fleabay seller asked for feedback BEFORE I submitted my feedback. I should NOT have to leave the seller feedback BEFORE he leaves me feedback. I purchased his product and immediately paid for it. If you REQUIRE positive feedback before leaving me feedback then the seller is holding me hostage defeating the whole feedback purpose.

Just playing Devil's advocate but wondering if he has run into a number of customers that never leave feedback(get them all the time on ebay). He's a small fish in a big pond trying to produce/sell a product. Not trying to defend him, I would NEVER leave feedback before getting something I bought there. Does make a quality product that serves a very useful purpose.

Default nerf bars

If anybody got some pictures of the nerf bars on their XP's from underneath how they mount up I should be able to figure out if they would work with my ricochet floor board protectors without mods, Thanks 850 trailrider
